Shanshan Zhu

Shanshan Zhu is currently working as a Staff Scientist at ABL, focusing on process development of various types of viruses for gene and cell therapy. Prior to ABL, Shanshan worked at Catalent Pharma Solutions as a Scientist in Downstream Process Development. With a Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Molecular and Cellular Biology from The Johns Hopkins University, Shanshan has also held various roles at Johns Hopkins University in departments such as Psychiatry, Neurobiology Division, and Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Education includes a Master's degree in Biology from Tsinghua University and a Bachelor's degree in Bioscience and Biotechnology from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
