Janelle Koivula is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, customer service, and staffing. Currently serving as a Regional Operations Specialist at ABL Employment since September 2018, Janelle excels in lead generation, employee recruitment, and client relationship management. Previous roles include Lead Spa Associate and Spa Manager at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, and Receptionist at Aurora Dermatology, where Janelle demonstrated expertise in administrative tasks and client care. Janelle also has experience in educational and career coaching, as well as in customer service management from earlier positions at King Valley Golf and Country Club and McDonald's Canada. Janelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Graduate Certificate in Career Development from Conestoga College.
