Founder And President at ABL Employment

PJ Ferguson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 1988, they worked as a Manager at Today's Staffing until 1993. PJ then moved on to Kelly Services, where they held the position of Manager from 1993 to 1999. In 1999, PJ founded ABL Employment and served as the Founder and President. ABL Employment has experienced significant growth and expanded to various regions in Ontario and Vancouver. In 2016, PJ also became the President of ABL Careers, an ABL Employment Company. PJ has also been a member of Innovators Alliance since 2007, a not-for-profit network for CEOs to discuss applied and management innovation.

PJ Ferguson attended A.B. Lucas from 1978 to 1983. Afterward, they enrolled at McMaster University from 1983 to 1987, earning an HBA in History. In 2009, they briefly attended the Ivey Business School at Western University, focusing on a field of study known as Quantum Shift.
