Jacqui Kearney is an experienced health professional with a robust background in health promotion and nicotine dependency. Currently serving as a Specialist Nicotine Dependency Practitioner at ABL Health since April 2016, Jacqui has previously held roles such as Senior Health Advisor at Wirral Community NHS Trust from March 2013 to March 2016, where extensive skills in developing and delivering health interventions were demonstrated. Prior experience as a Healthy Schools Officer at the same trust from July 1997 to April 2012 involved providing expert support for health initiatives in educational settings. Jacqui holds a Master’s degree in Public Health Education and Promotion from Liverpool John Moores University.

ABL was founded in 2009 by people who believed they could and should change the world!As healthcare and education professionals, they had first-hand experience of public services that had failed people, people who needed them most and they believed that they could provide a different, more flexible approach. They wanted to combine their expertiseand experiences of the social and economic problems that held people back and find a way to support and empower people to live healthier, better lives whatever their background.
