Kirsten Ward (ANutr) (SENr) is an experienced professional who currently serves as Project Lead at ABL Health. Prior to this, Kirsten held roles such as Senior Nutritionist at ABL Health and MoreLife (UK) Ltd. Kirsten also works as a Yoga Teacher at David Lloyd Leisure and YogaNutrition. With a Master of Science (MSc) in Sport and Exercise Nutrition from Leeds Beckett University and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Human Nutrition from The Manchester Metropolitan University, Kirsten has a strong educational background to support their diverse roles in nutrition, diabetes education, and yoga instruction.

ABL was founded in 2009 by people who believed they could and should change the world!As healthcare and education professionals, they had first-hand experience of public services that had failed people, people who needed them most and they believed that they could provide a different, more flexible approach. They wanted to combine their expertiseand experiences of the social and economic problems that held people back and find a way to support and empower people to live healthier, better lives whatever their background.
