Lucy Rychwalska-Brown currently serves as Clinical Service Lead at Be U Notts, having joined ABL Health in November 2022, and also holds the title of Senior Practitioner & CYP Intervention Gateway Lead at the same organization. Prior experiences include roles as Clinical Supervisor/Counsellor at Relate Nottinghamshire from June 2017 to March 2023, and Specialist Mental Health Practitioner at Nottinghamshire Healthcare Trust CAMHS for a brief period in 2022. Lucy managed the Therapeutic Support Service and served as Senior Lead Counsellor at Notts SVSS from June 2019 to March 2022, with earlier roles including Counsellor at SVS Nottingham and Clinical Supervisor for Relate SafeSpeak Derbyshire South. Lucy’s experience also encompasses work as a Childline Sessional Supervisor at NSPCC, School Counsellor at Rushcliffe School, and Emotional Health Worker at Nottingham Children's Hospital. Educational qualifications include a degree from the University of Nottingham, obtained between 2006 and 2010.
