Ian Maron-Kolitch

Ian Maron-Kolitch, SPHR has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Ian currently holds the position of Head of HR Business Partners at ABL Space Systems since October 2023. Prior to this, they worked at BCG X as a Senior Director, People Development from January 2023 to October 2023.

From 2019 to 2022, Ian held various roles at BCG Digital Ventures, including Director, People & Talent (CPO) and Interim Director, People & Operations (COO). Ian was responsible for managing people and talent strategies, ensuring employee retention, and overseeing HR operations.

Before joining BCG Digital Ventures, Ian served as the VP, Executive HR Director and Executive HR Director at R/GA, where they led the people strategy for the Consulting/Business Transformation division. Ian also held the position of HR Director, overseeing HR functions for multiple offices and managing a team.

Ian began their career as a Teacher at Teach for America from 2007 to 2010.

Ian Maron-Kolitch, SPHR completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Latin American Studies from Colgate University in 2007. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science in Teaching degree specializing in Childhood Education and Bilingual Education from Pace University, which they finished in 2009.
