Selin Hussainzada

Selin Hussainzada is a paralegal at Advocates for Basic Legal Equality, Inc. since March 2023 and a Library Access Services Specialist at the University of Dayton since April 2022. Selin's previous experience includes serving as an Associate Attorney at Kakar Advocates, where responsibilities involved drafting legal documents and managing client files. In addition, Selin worked as a Freelance Translator for Assess Transform Reach Consulting and as a Research Consultant for Samuel Hall, focusing on data analysis and translation. An earlier role as a Research Officer/Project Monitoring Officer at Porsesh Research & Studies Organization involved monitoring projects and preparing reports, while a research internship at DROPS - Afghanistan encompassed peace-building research and event management. Selin also held a position as a Business Development Officer at the Center of Business Administration, developing content and managing events. Selin is currently pursuing a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property Law at the University of Dayton School of Law, following a Bachelor's in Law from the American University of Afghanistan and a Bachelor's in Physics from Kabul University.
