Taylor Ford is an experienced organizer currently working for United Steelworkers (USW) since October 2017. Previously, Taylor served as President of Ithaca College Students for Labor Action from October 2014 to May 2017, playing a pivotal role in organizing a successful labor campaign that included collaboration with professors and various stakeholders. Additional experience includes a summer internship at Advocates for Basic Legal Equality, Inc. (ABLE) in 2015 and a position as a Teaching Assistant at Ithaca College in early 2015. Taylor holds a Juris Doctor degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law (2020-2023) and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Politics from Ithaca College (2013-2017).
