Ngai Chun Hung

Mr. NGAI Chun Hung (“Mr. NGAI”) joined the Group in February 1996, a controlling shareholder of the Company, has been the Chairman of the Board and an Executive Director of the Company since July 2016. Mr. NGAI is also the chairman of the board of directors and executive director of Vantage International (Holdings) Limited (“Vantage”, a company incorporated in Bermuda and which shares were listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange (stock code: 15) from 8 September 2000 to 22 October 2020, was the intermediate holding company of the Company) since September 2000.

Mr. NGAI is a director of certain subsidiaries of the Group. He is also the chairman of the Nomination Committee of the Company. Mr. NGAI has over 24 years of experience in the construction industry and over 17 years of experience in the property industry. He is primarily responsible for the management of the Board and the strategic planning of the Group.
