Alex Garcia Farreny

Alex Garcia Farreny has a diverse work experience in engineering roles. In 2012, they worked as a Braking System Engineer at ETSEIB Motorsport. From 2014 to 2015, they were an R&D Engineer at SEAT,SA in the Chasis Electronics Department. Alex then worked as an R&D Electronics and Firmware Engineer at BCN3D Technologies from 2015 to 2016. In 2017, they joined Ingenia Motion Control as an Applications Engineer. Currently, Alex is the Co-founder and Engineering Director at ABLE Human Motion, starting in September 2018.

Alex Garcia Farreny has a master's degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering. Alex obtained this degree from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, completing the program in 2017. In the same year, Alex also pursued a master's degree in Automation and Control Engineering from Politecnico di Milano. Before pursuing their master's degrees, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya from 2010 to 2015. In 2014, they attended a course in Entrepreneurship at the Escuela de Organización Industrial to further their knowledge in entrepreneurial studies.
