Gerrit Koch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources within the medical technology and metalworking industries, particularly in mid-sized companies. Since March 2023, Gerrit has served as a Senior Inhouse Recruiter at ABLE Management Services. Prior to this role, from June 2004 to February 2023, Gerrit held various positions including Personalreferent, HR Specialist, and HR Manager. Gerrit holds a Diplom Pädagoge degree from TU Dortmund University and has completed additional qualifications in personnel development and SAP HCM.
