Community Support Team

The Community Support Team at Able South Carolina is dedicated to fostering equality and inclusion for individuals with disabilities through a variety of roles and services. Team members empower consumers, offer community training, manage mobility concerns, ensure health equity, and provide critical information and referral services. They work collectively to promote independent living and provide work incentives, ensuring comprehensive support and access to resources for people with disabilities across South Carolina.
