Iryna Kiss

Iryna Kiss is a UX Researcher and Product Designer at ablefy since May 2022, bringing a strong background in customer support and product management. Previously, Iryna served as Customer Support Team Lead and Customer Support Engineer at Smarter Contact from December 2021 to January 2023, and held various roles at Wix.com from December 2017 to February 2020, including Product Support Team Lead and Product Support Specialist. Iryna holds a Master's degree in Germanic Languages, English Philology, and English Literature from Kyiv National Linguistics University.
