Nicolai Boserup

Nicolai Boserup is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, policy, and legal affairs. Since April 2010, Nicolai has served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at IFU, while also being a member of the investment committee. Nicolai represents IFU on the World Economic Forum and the OECD's Sustainable Development Investment Partnership since June 2015, and has been an alternate board member of the Nordic Microfinance Initiative AS since October 2016. Nicolai has contributed to academia as an associate professor at the University of Copenhagen since 2005, specializing in legal philosophy. Additionally, Nicolai holds the rank of Captain in the Royal Life Guards of the Danish Army since January 2004, and served as a board member at LF Investment from June 2020 to May 2022. Prior legal experience includes working as an attorney at Bruun & Hjejle from September 2004 to March 2010, focusing on M&A, private equity, public law, and litigation. Nicolai's educational background includes degrees from prestigious institutions such as the University of Oxford and the University of Copenhagen.
