Ilya Troshin

Ilya Troshin is an experienced research and development engineer currently working at Abloy Oy since May 2021 and simultaneously with Blancco Oy since February 2010, focusing on hard drive data erasure software and complex algorithm implementation. Prior to these roles, Ilya contributed to the development of navigation and positioning algorithms for underwater autonomous gliders at ENSIETA from May 2007 to February 2010, and designed core software and hardware for underwater robots while at Aalto University School of Science and Technology from March 2003 to May 2007. Ilya holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University, obtained between 1992 and 1998.
