Maarit Karhumaa

Maarit Karhumaa currently serves as the Head of Operation Digitalization at ABLOY, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Maarit worked at Abloy Oy from April 2012 to June 2023, contributing as Plant Manager, Production Development Manager, and Project Manager, with a focus on production re-layout and warehouse automation projects. Earlier experience includes a role as Production Planner at Ruukki in 2011, where responsibilities included production planning, control, and delivery follow-up. Maarit holds a Master of Science (Tech) degree in Industrial Engineering from LUT University, completed between 2006 and 2012, and received training with the Finnish Defence Forces from 2007 to 2008.
