Susanna Turunen

Susanna Turunen is an experienced professional currently serving as Development Manager at Abloy Oy since August 2015, where responsibilities include leading the Operations development team and overseeing strategic planning for projects and process development. Previously, Susanna held various roles at Abloy Oy, including Customer Service Manager, where operational improvements in customer service teams were implemented, and Project Manager, responsible for eCommerce project leadership. With a lengthy tenure at Abloy starting in December 1999, Susanna also served as Team Leader for a sales team in an ERP implementation project and held several customer service positions. Susanna holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business Management from Kemi-Tornio University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Business Administration from North-Carelian Polytechnic.
