Toni Turhanen

Toni Turhanen has extensive experience in engineering and procurement, primarily at Abloy Oy since May 2015, currently serving as a VA/VE Manager focused on cost reduction, product improvement, and manufacturability. Prior roles at Abloy Oy include Strategic Purchaser, responsible for metal-related procurement categories, and Design Engineer, overseeing the development of door closer products. Toni's earlier experience includes a Master's Thesis on aluminum alloy die casting, roles in academia as a Study Counsellor at Tampere University of Technology, and various summer trainee positions in mechanical engineering, product development, and quality management. Education includes a Master of Science (Technology) in Materials Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, with a focus on Industrial Management.
