João Dias

João Dias has a solid work experience in the technology industry. João currently works as a Distributed Systems Engineer at Ably since September 2022. Prior to that, they were a Software Engineer at Cazoo from November 2021 to August 2022. Before joining Cazoo, João worked at Mercedes-Benz.io as a Software Engineer from September 2018 to November 2021 and had a summer internship as a Software Engineer at the same company from June to September 2018.

João Dias has a strong educational background in the field of technology and computer science. In 2012, they attended the NOVA School of Science and Technology, majoring in Electrical and Computer Engineering. After completing this program in 2013, they continued their education at the same institution and pursued an Integrated Master's Degree in Computer Science, which they earned in 2020.

Apart from their academic degrees, João also holds several additional certifications. In 2011, they obtained the Cambridge English: First (FCE) certification from the University of Cambridge. The following year, they achieved the Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) certification, also from the University of Cambridge. In 2021, João obtained the CKAD: Certified Kubernetes Application Developer certification from The Linux Foundation.
