Joanna Freitag McIps

Joanna Freitag MCIPS is an accomplished procurement professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the procurement sector. Currently serving as Procurement Director at ABM UK since January 2025, Joanna has previously held significant positions such as Senior Category Manager at Greystar from July 2021 to December 2024 and Group Category Manager at Engie Group from January 2019 to August 2021. Additional experience includes Global Category Manager (FM) at Engie, Head of Group Property/FM (Procurement) at Inchcape plc, and FM & Engineering Category Lead at Gatwick Airport. Prior roles also include Category Manager positions at ARYZTA, Heathrow, and Hitachi Rail Europe, as well as a Buyer role at Mitsubishi Electric Europe BV. Joanna holds a Master's degree in Transportation and Logistics from the University of Gdansk and has pursued advanced research in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at the same institution. Additionally, a Bachelor's degree in Teaching German and English was obtained from The Foreign Language Teacher Training College.
