Prior to this role, Richard C. was the Vice President & General Manager at Airco Commercial Services, Inc. from July 1988 to July 2014, where leadership focused on achieving growth, profit, and customer retention goals through effective staff management and the implementation of the Linc System®. Richard C. began the career at Airco Mechanical, Inc. as an apprentice and progressed through various technical and managerial roles. Richard C. holds a Financial Management Certificate from the SMACNA Business Management Graduate Program and graduated with honors from American River College.
