Ankur Dalal

Ankur Dalal is a Principal Enterprise Architect at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. since September 2016, with over twenty years of international experience in Business Architecture, Application Architecture, IT services, and Management consultancy across Europe, the US, and India. Prior to this role, Ankur served at Tata Consultancy Services, holding various positions including Customer Experience Head for Europe, where responsibilities included growing the CRM/CX business and advising European clients on CRM/CX strategy. Ankur was instrumental in establishing TCS' CRM footprint in Europe and led major client engagements as CRM Program Manager. Ankur's educational background includes an MBA in Marketing from Chetana's Institute of Management & Research and an Engineering degree in Electronics from D.J Sanghvi College of Engineering, complemented by a Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication from V.E.S Polytechnic.
