Flora Pouliou

Flora Pouliou is an experienced product owner and consultant with a strong background in fintech, CRM, and ERP systems. Currently serving as a Product Owner for Customer & Party Data Asset Based Finance and previously for Credit Risk Monitoring and Private Banking International at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. since June 2021, Flora leads initiatives in international CRM for North West Europe. Prior professional experience includes roles at IKEA, where Flora held various positions including Product Owner for the omnichannel customer service experience and Lead CRM/ERP Business Analyst, contributing to distributed SCRUM teams across EMEA and APAC. Additional experience includes CRM consulting at Microsoft, a junior software engineering role at ALS Logic Systems S.A., and IT support at ATEbank. Flora holds a Bachelor's degree from the Technological University of Lamia, Greece.
