Frances Gunnell is the Head of Legal for UK Corporate Affairs and Governance at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., where they participate in leadership and management, advising on legal and corporate governance matters. With prior experience as a Senior Legal Counsel and Deputy Country Head Legal, Frances has a strong background in complex cross-border finance transactions from their time at Allen & Overy as a Trainee and Associate. Frances holds a BA in History with First Class Honours from Durham University, as well as distinctions in both the Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School and the Legal Practice Course from The University of Law.
