Ken Hirschman

Ken Hirschman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legal counsel and corporate development. With a background in executive compensation, employee benefits, and equity-based compensation, Ken has worked for various companies such as Rakuten Rewards, Ebates, Mindjet, Goodmail Systems, Digital Impact, among others. Ken has successfully led strategic investments, acquisitions, and divestitures, while also establishing legal departments and managing relationships with key stakeholders. Ken holds a BA in Political Science and Government from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from Cornell Law School.
