Huub Stringer

Huub Stringer has extensive experience in tax management, currently serving as the Head of Indirect Tax at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. since 2000, where responsibilities include indirect tax management and the development of Group Tax data management and technology. Additionally, Huub Stringer has held various roles at the European Banking Federation and the Nederlandse Vereniging van Banken since 2005, serving as a member of the VAT Working Group. Prior experience includes positions as a Tax Inspector at Belastingdienst and as a VAT and Fraud specialist at the Dutch Tax Authorities. Huub Stringer holds a Post-master degree in Indirect Tax Assurance from Tilburg University and a Post-Master in Indirect Taxes from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
