Reshma Ramlal

Reshma Ramlal started their career as an intern at IBM, where Reshma researched service quality factors in IT-outsourcing. Currently, Reshma holds various leadership roles at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., such as Engineering Lead, Change Manager, and Sr. Advisor at TOPS Strategy. Prior to joining ABN AMRO, Reshma worked at Fortis Bank Nederland as a Project Manager in the CEO/COO Office, where Reshma successfully coordinated actions in preparation for the legal merger with ABN AMRO.
