Shannon Kooistra

Shannon Kooistra is a seasoned Senior Product Designer with extensive experience in the field of design, particularly in payments and app development. Currently, Shannon works at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. since July 2022, focusing on payment solutions. Previous roles include Senior Product Designer at Saxum, bol.com, and CarNext.com, where strong design skills contributed to innovative digital platforms. Shannon has also served as a mentor for Ladies that UX Amsterdam, advocating for female talent in design. Shannon's earlier experience includes visual design roles at The Valley and various companies, combined with a solid educational background in Communication and Multimedia Design from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and Grafisch Vormgever from Mediacollege Amsterdam.
