Simon Williams

Simon Williams is an experienced professional in education and language training, currently serving as the Learning & Development Lead for Social Impact and Human Rights at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. since March 2025. Prior to this role, Simon was the Director at Language Boom Amsterdam from December 2016 to January 2021, where responsibilities included managing day-to-day operations and developing a variety of language courses. Simon also worked as an English Trainer at Elycio Talen from August 2016 to January 2021, and served as an Education and Behaviour Consultant at anzuk Education from August 2015 to December 2016. Earlier teaching roles included positions at Salford City College and Salford City Academy, alongside experience as a Trainer and Curriculum Developer at Mainline Foundation. Simon holds a Post Graduate Certificate of Education from Edge Hill University and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Cultural Studies from The University of Salford.
