David Hagar

David Hagar has a diverse work experience. David is currently working as the Director of Software Engineering at Abnormal Security. Prior to that, they worked at Twitter for seven years as a Senior Engineering Manager, where they led various teams and spearheaded major projects. Before Twitter, they were an Engineering Manager at TellApart, which was acquired by Twitter. David also worked as an Engineering Manager at Proofpoint, where they played a crucial role in building an anti-spam and anti-phishing product. David co-founded Occam, Inc. and served as the Vice President of Engineering, leading the fundraising process and securing a $1.1 million seed investment. David's earlier experiences include managerial roles at AirCell and Entriq, Inc., and software engineering positions at Baylogic, Wiseconnect, and PassPoints.com.

David Hagar has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley. David attended the university from 1997 to 2003.
