Eric Cole

Eric Cole currently serves as the Senior Manager of the Global Customer Reference Program at Abnormal Security, following a tenure at VMware as Manager of Global Customer Advocacy. At VMware, Eric led a team focused on building long-term customer relationships for advocacy activities and collaborated with sales and marketing leadership. Previous experience includes a role as Senior Client Services Manager at TDA Group, overseeing customer reference programs for high-tech clients, and various marketing roles at Intel Corporation, where Eric contributed to multiple corporate initiatives. Eric began their career as Production Manager at Hanlon Brown Design, Inc., and holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Iowa State University.
