Ernst Calais, MBA, MCR, serves as the Head of Global Real Estate & Workplace at Abnormal AI since March 2022. With a rich background in corporate real estate and workplace strategy, Ernst has held significant roles at various organizations, including Director of Global Site Operations at Adobe and Senior Director of Global Real Estate at AppDynamics. As a long-time member of CoreNet Global's Northern California Chapter since January 2010, Ernst has held leadership positions such as Board Member, President, and Immediate Past President, contributing to the advancement of knowledge and professional excellence in the industry. Additionally, Ernst has been involved with the San Jose Downtown Association and the Diridon Station Area Advisory Group, focusing on community development and urban planning. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from California Polytechnic State University and a Master's degree in Business from Golden Gate University.
