At Quest Software, James drove centralized MSP programs and global distribution growth. With extensive experience at Ivanti, including various leadership roles, James managed partner business growth across EMEA, receiving several accolades such as EMEA Channel Manager of the Year. Early career roles included positions at Trend Micro, Connect Systems Ltd, and Baltimore Innovations Ltd. James holds a Master's degree in Biochemistry from the University of Bath.
