Tejas Khot

Tejas Khot is an accomplished Machine Learning Technical Lead at Abnormal Security, where involvement as a founding engineer contributed to the development of the Behavioral Email Security Platform. Prior experience includes serving as an Applied Scientist II at Amazon, where Tejas developed and patented a novel visual transformer model for new products, including Amazon Explore. Tejas holds a Master of Science in Robotics from Carnegie Mellon University and has a diverse background in research, internships, and teaching across esteemed institutions such as Virginia Tech and Carnegie Mellon. Other notable experiences include technical writing for ACM XRDS, contributions during Google Summer of Code, and a leadership role at the Indian International Model United Nations.
