Mary Thibeault

Mary Thibeault currently serves as the VP of Primary Care Operations at Abode Care Partners since October 2023. Prior to this role, Mary Thibeault held significant positions at Cleveland Clinic, including Administrator for West Region Primary Care & Pediatrics, where oversight included 250+ primary care providers and procurement of departmental budgets from May 2019 to September 2023. Between 2009 and 2019, Mary Thibeault focused on enhancing quality, access, and patient experience as Administrator for Primary Care Pediatrics. Earlier in the career at Cleveland Clinic, roles included Project Manager and Department Manager, with responsibilities ranging from patient-centered medical home programs to management of administrative teams. Starting in the field at Boston Children's Hospital as a Department Manager, Mary Thibeault contributed to launching new patient office sites and developing departmental policies. Mary Thibeault holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership & Nonprofit Management from Northeastern University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration from Stonehill College.
