Travis Estes

Travis Estes has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Travis started their career as a Junior High Reading and English Teacher at Moore Public Schools in 2007. In 2008, they served as a Rural Education Development Volunteer in Zambia through the US Peace Corps. Following that, they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Oklahoma in 2009. Travis then moved on to the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality as a Brownfield Environmental Intern before joining Next Step Living as a Sr. Director of Operations, where they remained until 2016. In the same year, Travis became the Director of Regional Operations at Level Solar, and later served as the VP of Operations at Greenworks Lending. Travis most recently held leadership roles at Abode Energy Management, including VP of Operations and COO.

Travis Estes obtained a Masters in Regional and City Planning with a focus on Environmental Planning and Economic Development from the University of Oklahoma in 2010. Prior to that, they completed a BA in English Education, with coursework in English, Research Methodology, and Educational Psychology, at the University of Central Oklahoma from 2002 to 2006.
