Katie Fantin

At Abode Services, Katie oversees a large and rapidly growing housing program portfolio in Santa Clara County. Her department works closely with the Office of Supportive Housing in Santa Clara County, landlords, and multiple service providers and nonprofit groups to effectively re-house families, people with significant disabilities, veterans, and other vulnerable groups. She analyzes an organization's critical funding requirements, identifies deficiencies and potential opportunities, and develops innovative and cost-effective solutions to enhance efficiency and improve services.
