Michael Di Cesare has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Michael started their career in 2005 as a Manager at World Wide Glove and later worked at UPS as an Operations Supervisor. In 2016, they joined Hertz, where they held different positions, including Location Manager and Director of Customer Experience. In 2019, they worked as an iOS Developer at DevMountain Student Developers, where they developed applications like Army Packing List and Lunch Hunt. In 2020, they served as a Service Desk Team Lead at SAIC. Their most recent role is Head of Customer Success at Abodea, where they oversee support and ongoing relationship management activities with company clients and initiated the transformation of the customer support department into a customer success department. In addition to their corporate experience, Michael also served in the United States Army Reserve, holding roles such as Petroleum Surveillance NCO and Petroleum Laboratory NCOIC.
Michael Di Cesare obtained a Certificate in iOS Development from Devmountain in 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Buffalo State University from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, they completed an Associates degree in Applied Sciences and Business Administration from Erie Community College between 2008 and 2012. In terms of additional certifications, Michael earned one in iOS Development from Devmountain in December 2019 and another in Email Marketing from HubSpot Academy in September 2022.
