Kiara Rioferio

Kiara Rioferio currently serves as a Transformation Manager at Aboitiz Group, leveraging interdisciplinary expertise to build the Philippines' first techglomerate through strategic partnerships. Prior to this role, Kiara held various positions at Hedcor, Inc., including HR Supervisor for Culture and Employee Engagement, where responsibilities encompassed full-cycle training and organizational development. Kiara's experience also includes roles as a Research Associate at the Mindanao Resilient Communities Project II and the Center of Psychological Extension Research Services, in addition to serving as a Process Analyst for research on male sexual health integration in local health systems. Kiara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ateneo de Davao University.
