Don Paulino

Don Paulino currently holds the position of Chief Engineering and Projects Officer at AboitizPower since May 2023, where responsibilities include leading various generation pillars such as HSE, Operations Excellence, Technical Services, Shutdown, Projects, and Risk. Academically, Don is a Senior Professional Lecturer at De La Salle University and previously served as an Assistant Professor at the University of Santo Tomas. Don's extensive career at Shell spanned from 1994 to September 2021, culminating in the roles of Managing Director and Vice President of Upstream Philippines, along with numerous other operational and managerial positions. As President and Chairman of Tabangao Realty, Inc. from 2017 to 2021, Don contributed significantly to strategic company growth. Additionally, Don has a passion for community service as a social entrepreneur and has been involved in various mentorship roles, including volunteer positions with the Princes' Trust and the East of England Energy Group. Don holds an MBA in Leadership and Change Management from Ateneo Graduate School of Business and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas.
