Rebekah Woodward

Rebekah Woodward is an experienced project manager and human resources professional, currently leading an organization-wide review and refreshment of policies at the Aboriginal Legal Service since November 2022. Previously, Rebekah filled 50% of 109 newly established roles for legal and wraparound services as Recruitment Manager for New Programs before taking parental leave. Rebekah's experience includes serving as Transformation Project Coordinator at RSL LifeCare Limited, where successful implementations of systems across multiple facilities were achieved, and a significant tenure at Adara Group, where various managerial roles involved leading initiatives for organizational improvement and culture. Rebekah holds a Master of Philosophy in Performance Studies from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from Victoria University of Wellington, complemented by multiple certifications in human resources management from TAFE NSW.
