Jane Oliver

Jane Oliver is an experienced Human Resources Manager at the Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Legal Service (Qld) [ATSILS] since March 2011, where Jane has developed culturally competent human resource practices, fostering recruitment, organizational development, and equity initiatives, alongside implementing a Workforce Development Strategy as the first HR Manager in the network. Jane's prior roles include Management Consultant and Workplace Educator at Footprint Directions, Director at Australian Soil Additives & Products (ASAP) Pty Limited, and various positions in facilitation and training management in earlier career stages. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Certificate in Professional Legal from Griffith University, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (Human Resources) from Southern Cross University, and earlier studies in Liberal Arts and a Certificate in Training & Development.
