Jake Darabos

Jake Darabos, CPA, CCUFC has a wide range of experience in finance and accounting. Jake is currently the Chief Financial and Administration Officer at Abound Credit Union, where they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of Accounting and Finance, Payment Systems, Card Services, Data Analytics, and Financial Education. In this role, they also represent the Credit Union in governmental and legislative affairs.

Prior to joining Abound Credit Union, Jake served as the Vice President of Finance / Chief Financial Officer at CASE Credit Union from 2011 to 2017. Jake was responsible for managing financial and accounting performance, budgeting, product profitability, asset liability management, and real estate acquisitions and sales.

Before that, Jake worked as a Financial Business Analyst at Multi Packaging Solutions in 2010 and as a Senior Auditor at Rehmann from 2007 to 2010. Jake also gained experience as an Audit Intern at Deloitte in 2007 and as a Corporate Accounting Co-op at Dow Corning from 2005 to 2006.

Jake Darabos, CPA, CCUFC pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from Northwood University - DeVos Graduate School from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Professional Accountancy with a focus on Accounting from Saginaw Valley State University, spanning from 2003 to 2008.
