Adam Shyevitch has a comprehensive work experience in the nonprofit sector. Adam currently holds the position of Chief Program Officer at About Fresh since November 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Health Leads, where they held various roles from 2011 to 2018. These roles included Principal, Sector Learning, Principal, Strategic Investments, Principal, Strategic Partnerships, National Director of Program, and Executive Director - Providence. During their time at Health Leads, Adam played a crucial role in cultivating and sustaining partnerships, rebuilding and restructuring the Development team, revitalizing relationships with hospital accounts, and leading operations nationwide.

Before joining Health Leads, Adam worked as the Teen Initiative Director at Boston After School & Beyond from December 2005 to January 2011. In this role, they built a city-wide network of funders and providers to improve services for at-risk and out-of-school youth, developed and launched initiatives, and managed budgets and foundation relationships.

Adam's earlier experiences include working as a Project Manager at Preservation of Affordable Housing from 2004 to 2005, where they refinanced affordable housing properties, and as a Development Project Manager at The Community Builders from 2000 to 2004. In this role, they developed affordable housing, managed property rehabilitation and construction, secured federal grants, and oversaw tenant relations.

Adam Shyevitch has a comprehensive educational background that includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, specializing in Finance and Non-Profit Management. Adam pursued this degree from 1996 to 1998. Before that, Adam studied at the Harvard Divinity School, where they obtained a Master of Theological Studies (MTS) degree in Theology between 1991 and 1993. In their earlier years, Adam attended Colgate University from 1985 to 1989, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Philosophy & Religion.
