Adam Hott

Adam Hott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Director of Strategic Initiatives for the BIO Division at CFD Research Corporation and CEO/Founder of Phasian Technologies, Inc., Hott specializes in developing innovative solutions for genetic testing laboratories. Hott has a significant history of leadership, including roles as Board Member and President-Elect at United Cerebral Palsy of Huntsville and Tennessee Valley, and Founder of SchemaForge Consulting. Prior experience includes positions at HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology, where Hott managed genomic health software products and oversaw multiple digital applications. Adam Hott also played key roles at the National Institutes of Health and the American Society of Human Genetics, contributing to education and outreach initiatives in genomic sequencing and undergraduate genetics education.
