Andy Chen

Andy Chen is the co-founder and CEO of Above Care Inc. since January 2016. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Foundry Management & Business Development at Synopsys Inc. from 2008 to 2012. Before that, they worked as a Senior Manager at TSMC from 2002 to 2006. Andy also has experience as a Senior Hardware Design Engineer at Apple Computer, Inc. from 1988 to 1992.

Andy Chen has a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University. Andy also holds an EMBA degree in Information Technology from National Taiwan University. Andy's educational background also includes a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Taiwan University.
