Philip Hecht

Philip Hecht has been CEO at Above PAR Advisors since December 2011. Prior to that, they were Partner - Senior Executive at Accenture from January 2008 to December 2011, where they generated client value by enabling their organizations with the ability to meet challenges posed by dynamic market conditions. This was accomplished by providing technology-centric solutions, delivering operational readiness, scale and transformation. Working primarily as a Financial Services partner, as well as in Government and other verticals, delivered significant cost savings allowing for future state IT and infrastructure investments, during a period of extremely restricted access to capital. Project elements included transforming the IT operating model, Application and Data Center rationalization and virtualization, acquired asset integration, infrastructure optimization and risk mitigation, strategic design for unified computing platforms, cloud, and networking, as well as workforce optimization during transformation. Provided foundational advice on the formation of the joint venture Accenture-Cisco Business Group (ACBG).

From January 1991 to December 2007, Philip Hecht served as Vice President Sales & Strategic Business Development at AT&T.

Philip Hecht has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Industrial Psychology and Organizational Development from The Graduate Center at City University of New York. Additionally, they have a degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the same school.
