Ayça Özkan

Ayça Özkan currently serves as Strategy Director at Above.se and ARC Arise Consulting, leveraging extensive experience in service design and strategic leadership. A board member of the Design Lead Program Steering Committee at Hyper Island, Ayça previously held roles as Service Design Lead and Creative Strategist at Futurice, as well as Senior Service Designer. Additional contributions include guest lecturing at Hyper Island and strategy and experience design at Domani Studios. Ayça's earlier career encompasses roles in marketing project management and planning at Schibsted Media Group, Procter & Gamble, and a marketing role at Bontouch. Ayça's educational background includes an MSc in Marketing, Management and Society from Stockholm University, along with various design and strategy programs from Hyper Island and Berghs School of Communication.
