Aaron M. Clubb is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in talent acquisition and advisory roles across various sectors. Currently serving as a Partner at True Search since March 2020, Aaron specializes in placing C-level executives and strategic hires. Additionally, Aaron holds advisory and board positions with AboveBoard, The Firehouse Community Arts Center, and LEARN Charter School Network. Previously, Aaron worked as an Engagement Manager at Heidrick & Struggles, focusing on financial services and diversity advisory, and directed executive search efforts at BCM Search. Early career experiences include roles at Aerotek and The Sanneh Foundation, where Aaron developed leadership and program management skills. Aaron holds a B.S. in Finance from Santa Clara University.
